At Tots ‘N’ Teens Pediatric Urgent Care, we accept Medicaid and most major insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company or you may call our office at (210) 267-5411 to find out if we accept your insurance plan.

If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and/or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. For your convenience we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Cash discounts are available.

After hours pediatric urgent care in San Antonio, Texas.  Our doctors offer walk-in medical care for infants, children, teens with non-life threatening conditions, sore throat, upset stomach, vomiting, allergic reaction, bronchitis, cold, cough, sinus congestion, nosebleeds, diarrhea, dizziness, ear ache, eye infection, sinus infection, upper respiratory infection, flu, fracture (broken bone), insect bite, bladder infection and more. We also have onsite facilities for vaccinations, labs, x-rays and school and sports physicals. No appointment is necessary.
